GECA MUN is an initiative of the students of Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad that works on the motto " Engage, Encourage, Empower ." It aims to create a platform to discuss, debate and work on the prevailing issues of national and international interests and represent the voice of the youth.
MUN was started as a method to bring the youth to professional
discussions and give them a chance to put forth their views in a
democratic method.
Following the steps, we at GECA MUN validate opinions and strive for
action. Our value addition includes an overall personality development
coupled with building a youth that can speak for themselves.
The head table overviews, outlines the course of events to be taken up and guides the teams. It acts as a facilitator of all activities of the club.

To give best technical support to our club we have the Technical Team. Managing realms of technology by designing posters and presentations. Tech support , ideas for events and handling the social media accounts is done by them.

Ensure high quality conference venues, overall service and events. Planning, development and implementation. Assist in preparation of resources. Monitoring, reporting and assisting organisation for additional events.

Using all probable means to expand reach of the club. Developing marketing strategy to publicise the organisation. To develop contact with colleges and institutions to bring in revenues . Coordinating with all teams.

Acting as a face of GECA MUN by increasing our reach to the maximum. Approaching speakers and Sustaining relations with speakers and chief guests. To represent the association with reputation, style and standard. Managing relationships with the media and press while refurbishing existing information and promotions.

To provide all necessities profoundly. Sanctioning budgets, Preserving and protecting bills and expenses. Making the budget blueprint. Drafting bills as well as reports and managing fluid assets.
